Troop 93 works with Ancient Oaks Foundation to clear Kuechmann Arboretum

Troop 93 feels strongly that it is important to preserve the natural areas in and around Lake Zurich. We are honored to work with Ancient Oaks Foundation in the creation of the Kuechmann Kove playscape. Removal of buckthorn and other invasive weeds will allow native plants to repopulate the area, attracting birds and butterflies back to the area. It also provides more area for children to enjoy nature and unstructured play.
